By making a table reservation through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our booking services:

Reservation Confirmation

All table reservations made through our website are subject to availability. A confirmation will be sent to the provided telephone number upon successful booking. Please ensure that the contact details provided are accurate.

Table Allocation

While we make every effort to accommodate specific table requests, we cannot guarantee table allocation. We will strive to provide the best available table at the time of your reservation.

Group Reservations

For bookings of eight or more guests, a 10% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Parties of 12 or more are required to choose a Set Menu.

Food Safety and Allergens

Verdicchio Restaurant and Wine Cellar prioritizes food safety and takes allergens seriously. Please inform us about any specific dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking or upon arrival. While we make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of our kitchen operations.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. The cancellation policy may vary for special events or during peak periods, and any such variations will be communicated at the time of booking. For bigger bookings and functions, a 48-hour notice period is applicable to the number of diners attending or they will be charged for. Verdicchio Restaurant and Wine Cellar also reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings and you will be notified as soon as possible if there is a change in your booking.

Arrival Time

To ensure the smooth flow of service, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation. In the event of a late arrival, we will hold the table for up to 15 minutes, after which it may be released to accommodate other guests.

Special Requests

We strive to accommodate special requests to the best of our ability. However, specific requests for particular tables, or seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Minimum Spend

Some special events or promotional offers may have a minimum spend requirement. Details regarding any applicable minimum spend will be communicated at the time of booking.

Liability

Verdicchio Restaurant and Wine Cellar is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during your visit to our establishment, including but not limited to personal belongings, or any items left unattended.

Gift Vouchers

Verdicchio is not responsible for lost/stolen gift vouchers. The expiry date will be allocated on the Voucher, and they are not redeemable for cash.

Corkage

Due to the premises being in the Montecasino centre, outside alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the premises.

Amendments

Verdicchio Restaurant and Wine Cellar reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any updates or modifications will be effective upon posting on our website.

Age restrictions

Alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 18 and over.
